Location meublée et préavis de 3 mois ? bonjour,
j'occupe actuellement un logement meublé, je pensais que mon préavis était de 3 mois, j'ai déposé ce préavis.
y a-t-il un moyen de le quitter plus tôt ?
en effet la relation avec mon voisinage est médiocre (bruit de tv, voisin saoul qui vient frapper chez moi le soir, voisin nu qui laisse sa porte ouverte...) et je souhaite quitter ce logement au plus tôt
pouvez-vous me donner des conseils et éventuellement vos sources ?

Si vous avez donné votre préavis, c'est un peu tard
Je pensais que pour les meublés, assimilés aux chambres d'hôtel, un préavis n'est pas obligatoire (n'était pas, auparavant)
Cependant, si le voisinage ne vous permet pas de "jouir bourgeoisement" de votre meublé, il y a rupture de contrat locatif, mais ce sont des pbs juridiques très lourds et longs...
