Comment réduire un préavis de location suite à un décès? Ma maman habite dans un appartement en location. Depuis un peu plus d'un an et jusqu'au début du mois elle y vivait avec mon papa qui est décédé brutalement dans son lit d'une crise cardiaque. Bien entendu, elle ne supporte pas de vivre dans l'appartement dans lequel est mort mon papa mais l'agence ne conscent pas à réduire son préavis de départ qui est de trois mois. Auriez vous une idée (juridique si possible) qui puisse faire réduire ce préavis? D'avance merci

juridiquement il n'y a pas de possibilités, sauf si votre maman a plus de 60 ans et que son état de santé necessite un déménagement.
L'état de santé peut aussi être morale, donc un medecin compréhensif peut faire un certificat.
Je trouve votre agence vraiment "vache".
